OUR STORY
“Jennie has the talent to grasp what your dreams are for your home and turn them into a stunning reality. She has made my home a place that brings a smile to my face every time I enter. She has an eye for color, fabrics, patterns, and unsurpassed texture. I would not trust anyone else with such an important area of my life, and I would not attempt to decorate any home without J Korsbon Design.” - Client Testimony
Jennie Korsbon & Co. was born out of a deep love for the design process – and this year, we’re proud to celebrate 15 years of that vision coming to life.
Since launching her career in 1995, Jennie has built her business on the belief that great design should reflect the personalities of people who live in the space.
Now an award-winning interior designer, Jennie is known for her refined sense of sophistication, thoughtful space planning, and a knack for incorporating unexpected details that bring personality to every project. Her work encompasses a wide range of residential design, including new construction, complete remodels, reimagining existing spaces, custom furnishings, and layered styling.
Jennie’s long-standing, loyal clientele speaks volumes about her talent—not only in design, but also in her ability to listen, visualize, and communicate with clarity and care. She believes the most successful projects are the result of true collaboration, innovative project management, and a strong respect for the client’s vision and budget.
JENNIE KORSBON
Lead Designer & Founder
With over 30 years of experience in the interior design industry, Jennie Korsbon has built a reputation for delivering timeless, thoughtful design with a personal touch. As the lead designer and founder of Jennie Korsbon & Co., she works closely with trade professionals and clients alike to bring unique visions to life, beautifully and seamlessly.
Jennie approaches each project as a true collaboration. Her primary goal is to identify your personal style and lifestyle needs, communicate a curated design vision clearly to contractors, and ensure the final result is executed with precision, down to the very last detail. She believes that the best designs are those that feel like an extension of you, and her clients consistently walk away feeling like full partners in the creative process.
With a sophisticated eye and deep knowledge of design principles, Jennie transforms spaces into reflections of the people who live in them. Her work blends elegance and livability, guided by the belief that beautiful design should be timeless.
Jennie is endlessly inspired by art, craftsmanship, and the creative stories behind the pieces she sources. She loves sharing that knowledge with her clients, so your home feels as meaningful as it is beautiful.
Outside of work, Jennie finds joy in the outdoors—whether she’s up north or strolling the city lakes. She’s passionate about travel and soaking up the richness of different cultures. Her favorite moments are spent with her husband, their two adult children, and, of course, her two beloved pups who always keep things entertaining.
Associate Interior Designer
As Jennie’s right-hand on the JK & Co. team, Nicole plays an integral role in bringing each project from early concept through final installation. As an Associate Interior Designer, she supports the design process through technical drawings, sourcing, and project coordination, while also leading her own projects with a focus on collaboration, clarity, and care. Nicole helps keep both the creative and operational sides of the studio moving seamlessly, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully considered along the way.
Nicole brings a grounded, timeless approach to design, with a focus on spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful. She is highly detail-oriented and deeply organized, with a natural instinct for creating interiors that truly work for the people who live in them. Her design philosophy centers on livability—crafting homes that feel intentional, personal, and effortlessly usable for everyday life.
Nicole’s love for interiors started early, spending time at her dad’s work imagining house layouts and arranging furniture long before it became her profession. She holds a degree in Studio Arts with a minor in Art History and went on to build hands-on expertise as an interior workroom manager and furniture specialist, gaining in-depth knowledge of how furniture, window treatments, and soft goods are constructed.
Outside of the studio, Nicole is always making something—whether it’s building furniture, sewing draperies, or painting a space from the ground up. At home, she’s kept busy by her two young kids, often found building Legos, creating costumes, and bringing a similar sense of creativity and play into everyday life.
