My daughter’s classmate, Gracie, lost her life to a rare form of cancer. My daughter, her classmates, our family and community suffer the loss of this bright and beautiful child.

I created this non-profit to help provide comfort and happiness to sick kids and their families by providing room makeovers. As an interior designer by trade I felt that I could contribute my skills and industry resources. It starts with a theme based on an idea or fantasy of the child; from there the mission is in play – transform their space and match their wish. 

When a child is ill, the bedroom becomes the place where hours upon hours are spent gathering, healing, hoping and sharing.  I wanted to help create a special room that focuses on the happy. Hoping that the burden can be eased for everyone when their child smiles.
